Triple-double!
Always a rare treat to watch a player collect a triple-double and Tuesday, Michigan's Zavier Simpson was fantastic - handing out a career-high 11 assists to go along with 11 points and 10 rebounds. It's the sixth triple-double in Michigan history and it was a huge reason why the Associated Press No. 5 Wolverines turned a six-point halftime deficit into a 65-49 win.
That's 20 consecutive home wins for Michigan, which improved to 20-1 overall and 9-1 in the Big 10.
For us at 200 Game Season, we've had plenty of close calls & this was just our second triple-double after Georgia State's D'Marcus Simonds accomplished the feat in November, 2017.
Other games watched:
Virginia at N.C. State (UVA 66-65 in OT)
Mississippi State at Alabama (ALA 83-79)

Game 13 - Connecticut women at Ohio State
November 16 at Value City Arena in Columbus, OH
ESPN2
Connecticut is trying to become the first team in either men's or women's basketball to win four consecutive national titles and the Huskies got off to a fine start Monday evening.
Reigning national player of the year Breanna Stewart scored 24 points, fellow senior Moriah Jefferson had 21 (those two might be the best pair of teammates in the country) & the Huskies rolled to a 100-56 victory.
Uconn's defense was excellent as well, holding OSU to 33 percent shooting and sophomore Kelsey Mitchell, who as a freshman led the nation in scoring, to a career-low eight points on 2-of-14 shooting. The Buckeyes, who suffered the worst home loss in the program's history, have so far played and lost to the No. 2 team in the country in South Carolina (88-80 on November 13) and the top-ranked Huskies.
Basketball Phrases
Plenty of good nonsense from color commentator Stephanie White:
"Dribble drive"
"Heat check"
"Activity level" (said twice)
"She's an X-factor"
"Skill set" (6)
"Silky smooth"
"Great flash and pass"
"Sense of urgency" (2)
"Stat stuffers" (2)
"Big-game environment"
"Tunnel vision"
"Use these games as a measuring stick"
"Energy level" (3)
"Competitiveness is in her blood"
"Can leap out of the gym"
