Color commentator Pat Vuyancih, midway through the first half:

"Moore right now is like a shark seeing blood in the water...he's feasting off his prey. [couple seconds pass]….and the Vikes are flopping around in the water right now!"

Game 618 - Morgan State at DePaul

November 12 at Wintrust Arena in Chicago, IL
FS1

Nice night for DePaul, which overwhelmed the visitors from Baltimore in a 91-63 victory.

The Blue Demons (2-0), looking for their first winning season - and first with more than 12 wins since 2006 - have a pair of really good players in Max Strus and Eli Cain. Strus scored 25 points on 9-of-15 shooting to go along with nine rebounds, while Cain added 21 on 7-of-14 from the field. The pair combined for a 10-for-17 night from three-point range.

DePaul doubled up the MEAC school on the glass (52-26 rebounding edge), and after Morgan State got to within 22-16 on a jumper by Martez Cameron with about seven minutes to play in the first half DePaul went on a 10-1 run and cruised for the rest of the night.

Cameron led the Morgan State with 11 points.

Game 483 - DePaul at Marquette

January 15 at Bradley Center in Milwaukee, WI
Fox Sports 1

Marquette turned a 12-11 lead with about 7 1/2 minutes gone by in the first half into a 41-21 halftime lead and cruised, 70-52.

Marquette, which improved to 13-6 and 4-3 in Big East play, held the visiting Blue Demons to 30% shooting from the field and their lowest point total since a 73-51 loss to Michigan State last November. DePaul killed itself inside because despite grabbing 17 (!) offensive rebounds, missed a number of close shots, and off several of those second-chance opportunities couldn't convert on long-range attempts, missing 10-of-12 from three-point range.

That's four consecutive wins in the series for the Golden Eagles, who were led by Sam Hauser (19 points, 5-of-10 on 3-pointers) and had 21 assists on 24 made field goals.
