It's looking more and more like Michigan State is going to miss the NCAA Tournament for the first time sinch coach Tom Izzo's second season in East Lansing.
The Spartans were run out of the gym by their rivals on Tuesday night as Michigan shot 60 percent from the field (75% in the first half!) in an 86-57 victory.
It's MSU's worst loss in the series since another 29-point defeat at Crisler in February, 1996, during Izzo's first season on campus.
* A couple nonsense phrases to share from the broadcast, including "junkyard dog mentality" which was said four times, and "college basketball landscape", which was said twice.
